Join us for the ultimate quarterly crafting event that offers creativity in whatever way you like it best. Our beloved CROP format offers you a full day in our spacious and bright hall to craft as you like. Bring along whatever crafting or creating supplies and projects you want to work on for the day - scrapbooking - paper crafting - card making - sewing - knitting, etc. Everyone welcome! Come craft the day away with friends and have some fun.
50/50 Product Order Giveaway with TWO Winners - Yes, we give both halves away. Buy as many tickets as you like for the draw. Two winners will each receive half the proceeds towards a Stampin' Up! product order (before shipping and tax, which is the winners responsibility). Tickets are $1 each and will be available at the event, but you can pre-purchase them at a discount with your registration below if you like.
Always a super fun day! If you've been to one of our events before, you know we spoil you in every way possible. We will have some fantastic Door Prizes throughout the day, and we will play our famous Lucky Hand Game as well.

If you like fully instructed crafting all prepared for you to put together, choose to add on one or both of our Project Classes. Christine will teach one, Kevin the other. These classes will take about an hour and half each - one taught in the morning, one in the afternoon. All supplies and materials will be provided.

Doors open at 9AM. This bright, open space is wheelchair accessible, and there is plenty of parking. Snack station with hot beverages, cold water and treats available all day. Microwave and fridge in kitchen for lunches. The hall has lots of windows for natural light, full-spectrum LED lighting and Hi-Speed WiFi.
The church hall is centrally located at 1839 Hammonds Plains Road right across from Hatfield Farms, just a short distance from Vernon's Diner, Acadian Fish & Chips and only a short drive either direction to numerous other food outlets and restaurants.
- You receive your own 6-foot table to work at
- Tables are grouped together in blocks for group crafting with friends.
- Please be "scent sensitive" No heavy perfumes, body sprays, etc.
- Dress in layers in case you get too cool/hot as the temperature in the room could vary throughout the day as the sun comes in the windows.
- If you require power at your seat to run a machine, please bring your own extension cord, power bar and duct tape. There are LIMITED plug sockets available on the walls and tables are in the centre of the room.
- If you want to bring your tablet or laptop to watch crafting videos online, please also bring your headphones so the sound doesn't disturb other crafters.
- Please bring your own supplies, tools, machines for the projects you have planned to work on - Since COVID we no longer provide tool stations or shared equipment at crops.
- Please feel free to bring along any gently used, open or partial crafting supplies you have that you want to sell - other crafters might be interested.
- Please bring your own lunch and snacks (microwave and fridge on-site) - or you can visit one of the many nearby restaurants, cafe's, food truck, pizza, seafood, etc.
- Coffee, Tea and Water will be provided all day at the refreshment table - feel free to bring a treat to share with everyone.
- Registrations are non-refundable, but you are free to transfer your registration to another crafter for the same event, so long as you get in touch with us to let us know in advance.
